Course Description

This course provides students with an overview of the global market activities, financial markets, regulatory systems, and corporate finance. On the micro level, students will examine the relationship between risk and return in the context of well-established theories including portfolio theory, CAPM and APT. At the macro level, discussion will focus on strategies that companies adopt to address global and local competition.
