Prof. Radermacher oversees academic operations, manages and leads improvement on academic software applications, including Banner, CLAS, FAP, PTFCAS and the curriculum tracking system, assists in new program development, supervises the Office of the Registrar, oversees the Academic Integrity process, manages various academic budgets, and liaises with IT and facilities regarding academic technology and space.

Dr. Schlak is responsible for establishing, maintaining and updating articulation agreements with high schools, community colleges, and other universities working in coordination with the Office of the Registrar and the Deans' Council.

Maureen Keefer, M. Ed.

Ms. Keefer oversees several student service areas including the Center for Student Success, Campus Ministry, Residence Life, the Counseling Center, and MyHealth RMU (Student Health Center). She also serves as the Advisor to RMU's fraternities and sororities and to the Student Government Association. As Dean of Students, she also assists students with matters related to the Code of Student Conduct, emergency assistance and campus resources, and initiatives that support student retention and success.

Ms. Matthews ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students, provides leadership in planning, organizing, and managing all of the activities related to the operations of the Office of the Registrar, and ensures that these activities and operations reflect best practices.

The Office of Scholar Development is dedicated to helping our most ambitious undergraduate students achieve their intellectual and professional goals. CIT

The Center for Innovative Teaching seeks to support the professional development of RMU faculty through a variety of programs and activities. Initiatives include a faculty mentoring program and a faculty advisor training program. The center also supports RMU faculty engagement in pedagogical research and presentation.

Center for Innovation and Outreach

The RMU Center for Innovation and Outreach Center strives to increase awareness of RMU innovations in industry, academia, and the local community. We support community projects that focus on innovation, provide summer camps and workshops, and also contribute to and support RMU Next.
