Course Description
In this course the teacher candidate will be given an overview of how children develop and learn as a foundation for developing appropriate learning activities and environments. The teacher candidate will have the opportunity to examine and put into practice, numerous assessment and observation techniques. In addition, opportunities will be provided to explore in-depth each of the core areas of curriculum for young children.
