Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Robert Morris labs are to be used only as a backup in special situations and may not be relied upon for extended periods of time. In addition to the Internet link, online classes have a large emphasis on email. Course Description

This course focuses on managing and leading a diverse instructional environment from local and international perspectives. Students examine various theoretical perspectives and research and critique the role of instructional environments as they relate to local and global inequities in PreK-12, Higher Education, and Training and Development settings. The course allows students to discuss, strategize, and develop interventions to address inequities within an instructional context to meet learner needs to differentiate instruction. Credits 3
