  • After spending over 20 years in the convenience retail and petroleum industry, along with franchise operations and vast distribution organizations, Dr. Gibson embarked on her Doctorate of Business Administration in 2018. Dr. Gibson has published in esteemed journals, such as the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, the Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction, and Complaining Behavior, the International Journal of Retail Distribution and Consumer Research, and the AIMS International Journal of Management. Dr. Gibson now serves as the Department Head of Marketing for Robert Morris University. Dr. Gibson is also on the Board of the infamous Montour Trail as the Assistant Marketing Director.
