Course Description

The overall objective of this course is to develop your professional business skills. Through computer simulation, we will place you into a very realistic international business setting where you will run a company for three years in compressed time (twelve rounds of decision-making). You will work closely with a team of fellow students to manage a highly complex and integrated business. Personal leadership and strong interpersonal skills will be necessary to succeed. The capstone simulation is where the student learns to put the pieces of the entire business core together. Here, the student develops the skills to integrate the entire business discipline. Throughout the exercise, you will receive guidance and feedback from professional coaches. Their job is to challenge your business thinking and help you to become a good team player and business manager.

Prerequisites: You must have already completed CSCM 1030, FINA3000, MGMT2000, MARK2000 and 90 earned credits prior to registering for this course.
