Course Description

This course is a comprehensive and engaging study into criminal investigation. This class focuses on five areas critical to a successful investigation: analysis, evidence, legal procedures, evidence collection, and forensics. Critical thinking, writing and communication are essential skills as the students will present their finding at the end of the semester. Classroom instruction will consist of lectures, reinforced by the text, videos, discussion, labs, and supplement readings.
