Course Description
This course will help students develop a personalized set of strategies and skills that will help them be psychologically resilient, manage common life stressors, and optimize their academic and social experiences. Students will learn and practice a variety of healthy strategies and habits (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values & goals setting) and study the psychology behind why they?re effective.Note: This course is part one of a two-part curriculum. To fully benefit from all that this course has to offer, students may wish to consider enrolling in WELLXXXX ? Wellness & Resilience in College and Beyond Part 2
