Course Description
This course covers the history and evolution with the business of the videogaming and rise of the ESports at the professional, collegiate, high school and club levels. Topics include: the governance of ESports, gaming content and strategy, the ESport athlete, emerging business and marketing models, and event/facility planning.
Prerequisites : 45 credits and SPMG 1010 Intro to Sport Management or MGMT 2000 Managemene Theory and Practiot or MARK 2000 Principles of Marketing or by Femission of the Department Head 3 Credits
