Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Course Description

This course will provide the student with a thorough understanding of project risk assessment and management which consists of the following processes: project risk plan and identification, project risk analysis, and project risk response, control and monitoring. Risk management tools such as risk database software packages and MS applications will be used. Applications to project risks using Monte Carlo method and case studies will be stressed and covered.

Prerequisite: MBAD6193-Project Management 3 Credits
