This course expands on the knowledge obtained in the Advanced Pathophysiology course but has a particular emphasis on the neuroanatomical, neurophysiological, and neurochemical changes seen in children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with psychiatric disorders. This course provides the basis for understanding both the etiology and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
