Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Robert Morris labs are to be used only as a backup in special situations and may not be relied upon for extended periods of time. In addition to the Internet link, online classes have a large emphasis on email. Course Description

Ethics is the study of the choices people make regarding right and wrong. This course focuses on the ethical issues and dilemmas that leaders face in organizations. The course examines various ethical theories, and provides the opportunity for students to apply these theories to ethical dilemmas. The course examines how ethical dilemmas in organizations impact decision making, the relationship between leaders and followers, and the organization as a whole. 3 Credits
