Course Description

This course, targeting both new and experienced organizational leaders, is designed to combine social and behavioral theories and real-life and workplace practices. It will introduce the students to leadership theories and concepts as well as provide an understanding of the importance of becoming a caring leader. In addition, a series of self-evaluation and applied exercises are designed to develop students? skills as leaders. Leadership is viewed as an art that can be developed through self-exploration and the development of key interpersonal skills. A focus area of this course is personal and interpersonal leadership.
