ORGL1300 - Lding & Follwing Thro Personal
Summer 2019

This course introduces personal leadership from a personality type perspective. Students are expected to take the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) personality assessment to learn their four preferences in the areas of introversion and extraversion, sensing and intuition, feeling and thinking, and judging perceiving. Students will analyze their own leadership and followership behaviors in light of their assessment results and how their personality type influences their leading and following behaviors in the workplace, learning styles, and career plans.
