ORGL6700 - Leaders and Organizations
Summer 2024
Seeking insight into why and how people behave in the workplace is an interesting, useful, and thought provoking activity. This course emphasizes leadership for recognizing and solving problems in organizations. Major aspects of organizational behavior include organizational structures and design, perceptions, culture, motivation, leadership styles, decision making, conflict and power, managing relationships, the application of which provide leaders or potential leaders knowledge about how to manage organizational life.
