ENGR6090 - Lean Manufacturing
Fall 2023
This course introduces fundamental aspects of Lean Manufacturing and synthesizes them into a strategy for manufacturing leaders. Common obstacles and barriers that may be encountered in a lean manufacturing environment are discussed. Examples are provided to illustrate how lean manufacturing principles can transform traditional manufacturing into modern advanced manufacturing enterprises with a specific focus on human aspects.
