The Help Desk will process any hardware related issues that are reported. Hardware issues encompass installation, maintenance, upgrades, and connectivity. The user contacts the Help Desk, the technician opens a ticket, gathers information, and evaluates the problem. There may be instances where it will be necessary to dispatch a technician to fix the problem. After the issue is resolved, the ticket is closed.
