The increasingly complex nature of computing technology within Robert Morris University has created a tremendous demand for technical support. The Help Desk provides a central point of contact within Robert Morris University for providing solution-oriented technical support services for Hardware and Software issues. The Help Desk will also accept calls regarding classroom environment and equipment issues and provide follow-up to ensure the issue has been resolved.

When to contact the Help Desk:

  • Please contact the Help Desk with any hardware problems you might have regarding Robert Morris University purchased hardware (e.g. PC will not start up, monitor problems).

  • Please contact the Help Desk with any software problems you might have regarding Robert Morris University purchased and developed software. The level of support will depend on the software product and the Help Desk personnel will assist you to the best of their ability to resolve your issue. If the issue is unable to be resolved by the Help Desk technician, your call will be transferred to the person/department that can best assist you.
