Your Preliminary Registration is a collection of courses that you have added or dropped for the selected term. It is stored in the SentryShoppingCart. You can make changes to your Preliminary Registration (adding courses, dropping courses, removing courses) until your selections are complete.

Your Preliminary Registration must be submitted. When submitted, it is verified against registration criteria. When the entire Preliminary Registration passes the criteria, your Preliminary Registration is transferred to your Schedule.
