To activate and/or change your Computer Services account (CSA) password, visit Sentry Secured Services on the RMU Website.

If you have never used Sentry Secured Services, select the "New User? Activate Your Account" link to activate your account. Activation of Sentry Secured Services account includes the "Change Password" page.

If you know your Sentry Secured Services account name and password, sign in and select "Password" at the top of the page. The "Change Password" page displays your Computer Services Account Name and your E-mail address. To change your password:
·Enter a new password  
·Select desired checkboxes to change your Sentry, GroupWise E-mail and/or Novell password  
·Select the Submit button  

Please allow 60 minutes for the various networks and systems to process your change password request.

Mandatory Password Change
All faculty must change passwords on a cycle no longer than 45 days. Faculty who are not teaching during the summer term will receive an extension on their account until their return in the fall.

Faculty will begin receiving e-mail reminders when 15 days remain on each time period. The e-mail reminder will provide a direct link to Sentry Secured Services, where passwords can easily be reset for network, e-mail, Patriot and/or Sentry Secured Services accounts. If a password is not changed within the 45 days allotted, the account will be disabled. The account can then be reactivated via Sentry Secured Services.
