Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Course Description

This course provides an overview and framework for analyzing and applying key concepts, tools, and strategies in managing supply chains in global markets. It consists of eight modules focusing on managing business operations in the global environment with an emphasis on optimizing supply chain management. The course should allow the students to develop an expertise in analyzing and improving process flows, including flows of customers in service operations, material flows, and information flows in order to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Special attention will be given to key supply chain designs and strategies, logistics in supply chain operations, and technology in the supply chain.

Prerequisite: MBAD6010 or MBAD6015 3 Credits
