Course Description
PHYS1015 is the lab section associated with PHYS1010. This course emphasizes the general principles, theories, and concepts of Newtonian Physics for students in Nuclear Medicine and related fields. Topics covered include: density, motion in one dimension, motion in two dimensions, acceleration, momentum, Hooke's Law, thermodynamics, optics, wave motion, and basic electromagnetism. Students perform experiments, analyze data, maintain a laboratory notebook, and write reports summarizing experimental findings and conclusions.
