Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Robert Morris labs are to be used only as a backup in special situations and may not be relied upon for extended periods of time. In addition to the Internet link, online classes have a large emphasis on email. Course Description

This course is the capstone course of the MBA program. Students learn and apply the concepts, processes, and basic theories of strategy using a case methodology. Emphasis is on the fit between external opportunities/threats and internal resources that produce superior performance. Major topics include: mission statements, environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategic control.

Prerequisites: MBAD6013, MBAD6023, MBAD6033, MBAD6043 and 21 Credits Hours completed in the MBA program.
