Program Requirements

Section will be taught totally online with no scheduled class meetings. Students must arrange for daily access to a computer and the Internet prior to the start of classes. Robert Morris labs are to be used only as a backup in special situations and may not be relied upon for extended periods of time. In addition to the Internet link, online classes have a large emphasis on email. Course Description

This course is the capstone course for seniors in business administration. Students learn and apply the concepts and processes of strategy using a case methodology. Emphasis is upon the fit between external opportunities/threats and internal resources that produce superior performance. Major topics include:mission statements, environmental scanning, strategy formulation, strategy implementation.

Prerequisites: COSK2220 or COSK2225, FINA3000, MGMT3100 and 90 credits
