Course Description

This course (Strategic Planning for Healthcare Administration) focuses on the strategic planning process for healthcare administrators. The course explores the environmental factors that impact the delivery of health care at all levels, identification of strengths and weaknesses along with the opportunities and threats, and the process of identification and obtaining the necessary resources to address future needs.

Prerequisite: HSAM2300 & HSAM2350
