Course Description

This course provides an overview and framework for good leadership practice in the global business environment. It consists of modules in the legal environment for business, organizational behavior, human resource management, and international business operations. Students will learn the fundamentals of leading a business enterprise within a legal and ethical framework in today's changing business milieu.
