This course is designed to expand the students? perspective of health by considering a holistic approach to healthcare. Emphasis is placed on physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. Various types of complementary and alternative health options will be explored. Insight will be gained which fosters a cooperative relationship among allopathic, complementary, and alternative health care models.
