ENGR6035 - Advanced Add Manufacturing Cap

This course is the capstone experience for Advanced Additive Manufacturing certificate students at Robert Morris University . Students will participate in teams to bring a product / system from conceptual design through prototyping . Activities will include detailed design and material selection , cost estimation , process planning , prototyping and product fabrication warm - up . In other words , this course is a product design and development exercise . Course deliverables will include written reports and presentations , all design data and analyses , and one or more working , physical products if applicable
Prerequisites : ENGR 5830 Rapid Prototyping and Reverse Engineering and ENGR 5840 Rapid Tooling and Manufacturing
