STAT4250 - Regression Analysis
Summer 2026
This course aims to provide students with a solid background in regression analysis at an advanced undergraduate level.
The course covers the basic techniques of both the linear model and the generalized linear model. The course helps prepare
students for the Statistics for Risk Modeling (SRM) and Predictive Analytics (PA) exams offered by the Society of
Actuaries (SOA). This is one of the three courses participating in the University-Earned Credit (UEC) program with credit
for the SRM exam.
