MATH3030 - Operations Research I

Summer 2026

This course introduces linear programming and the simplex method. The two main topics are the primal simplex method with column generation applications and the dual simplex method with branch-and-bound applications. This course also introduces various approaches to solving linear programming problems. 3 Credits Pre-req: MATH 2070 and (STAT 2110 or ASCI 2010 or STAT 3140 or ENGR 2080) All pre-reqs must hace a grade of a C or better
