NURS4140 - Nursing Research

Fall 2022

This course introduces nursing research, based on the belief that research is integral to all levels of nursing practice. Students acquire the basic competencies needed to read, evaluate and interpret findings from clinical research studies. Use of technology in the research process is explored. Students examine opportunities to incorporate research findings into clinical practice and to become intelligent consumers of research.
Prerequisites: STAT2110 or concurrent with NURS4032 3 Credits
