Nursing International Opportunities and Goals

• To facilitate student and faculty growth through exposure to other cultures and health care systems in order to gain a better understanding of global health care and nursing practices.
• To provide faculty, students, and those outside the University with which we partner, with unique opportunities to personally experience how nursing is practiced in developing and other partner countries and communities.
• Gain a better understanding of the global health care.
• To participate in activities in nursing education, research, service, and consultation that can advance health care on a global level and that can result in an improvement of health care worldwide.
