The Information Technology Help Desk services students, faculty, and staff at the Moon and Pittsburgh campuses and at the Island Sports Center.

Mission

To provide excellent service in the resolution of internal customer technology issues and in the support of the teaching and learning environment.

Objectives

  • To continually improve RMU's support infrastructure for the effective, efficient and organized processing of service requests.
  • To provide quality technical support to administrators, support staff, faculty, and students.
  • To support academic programs and curriculum with a focus upon instructional technology for improvement in student learning.
