ResNet (Residental Networks) 

  ResNet is an Information Technology organization that supports resident students in their resolution of technology problems. The ResNet office is located in the lower level of Marshall Hall.

Some of the services offered include:

• Assistance with connecting devices (PC, game consoles, etc.) to the Internet, both wired and wireless (ResNet Registration Process)
• Help with wireless printing
• Information to access RMU General Lab applications for students without going to the computer lab (Citrix)
• Software and instructions for cleaning viruses from your PC and keeping it safe from future problems
• How to use Skype on the iPhone or iTouch to make free or low cost calls without using cell minutes
• Information on preventing Identity Theft and other safe computing practices
• Information regarding illegal and legal downloading of music / movies / TV episodes

Walk-ins to the ResNet office are always welcome!
