ResNet is an Information Technology organization that supports resident students in their resolution of technology problems. The ResNet office is located on the first floor of Lexington Hall.

Some of the services offered include:

• Assistance with connecting devices (PC, game consoles, etc.) to the Internet, both wired and wireless (ResNet Registration Process)
• Help with wireless printing
• Information to access RMU General Lab applications for students without going to the computer lab (Citrix)
• Software and instructions for cleaning viruses from your PC and keeping it safe from future problems
