Room and Board Adjustment
Room Adjustments
- If a resident student withdraws from the Residence Halls, no room adjustment will be made.
- A student who is suspended from the University residence halls for disciplinary reasons will not receive a room adjustment.
- Accidents or sudden illness that require the student to vacate the residence halls may be the basis for a room waiver.
- All waivers are processed at the discretion of the Director of Residence Life.
Board Adjustments
- If the student processes a complete withdrawal from the University, a board adjustment will be made. The student will receive an adjustment for 90 percent of the unused portion of the board plan for the semester.
- A written request for this adjustment should be sent to the Office of Student Financial Services.
The Financial Appeals Board will address any disputes related to the Room and Board adjustment policy.
