- Part-time load - The normal study load for a part-time graduate student at Robert Morris is 6 credits per semester during the Fall and Spring semesters*.
- Full-time load - The normal study load for a full-time graduate student at Robert Morris is 9 credits per semester during the Fall and Spring semesters.
* Due to the academic rigor and pace of the graduate programs, students with full-time work or other obligations or with a Q.P.A. of less than 3.30 are advised not to take more than one course per eight-week session. Masters programs at Robert Morris are designed to be completed in four or five semesters plus summers based on taking one course per eight-week session.
