COURSE DESCRIPTION
This one-week course provides the attendees with a comprehensive review of the Lean Enterprise. The attendees will participate in a hands-on workshop to successfully identify and find waste in a process. Participants will have the tools to practice lean across their company. The course works well for companies that are considering lean for their organizations, as well as for those that are already practitioners, and need a more in-depth understanding of the tools and successful deployment strategies.
OBJECTIVES
This class will teach the methodology of lean enterprise, how to deploy lean across a company as well as how to drive lean project management. An understanding of waste elimination and value added and non value added work. Attendees of this course will walk away with the training necessary to drive lean across their entire business and will show you how to start your lean journey. The tools taught in this class will allow participants to drive lean across every function of the business from manufacturing to HR and finance.

INSTRUCTOR
Stan Gwizdak serves as the President of S&G Business Ventures Inc. He started his lean business advisory services in 2005 to drive lean and productivity enhancements across many companies. Stan deployed lean and Six Sigma across 8 business units of 5 different companies during his corporate career. During his career Stan has served as a President of a subsidiary of General Electric and has held titles of COO, VP Six Sigma/Lean, VP Lean and Continuous Process Improvement, Black Belt, Master Black Belt and other titles at Honeywell, Textron, Aurora Capital and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
