Residence Halls
Graduating resident students are permitted to stay in the residence halls until Sunday, May 9. Students who wish to stay beyond Saturday, May 1, must register with the Residence Life Office by 5 p.m. on this date.
You may check out of the residence halls at the Residence Life Office in Washington Hall according to the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday, May 3-7 - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 8 - 4 - 6 p.m.
- Sunday, May 9 - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
RoMo's Cafe, located on the plaza level of Nicholson Center, will be open Monday through Friday, May 3-7, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please note: Guests may not accompany graduates to the assembly area.
Bachelor's Degree Candidates
Report directly to the International Suite, Level 3, Sewall Center, for distribution of name cards, caps, gowns and honors medallions.
Faculty & Staff in Procession
Report to the robing area on the second floor of Sewall Center adjacent to the locker rooms.

Sewall Center Arena doors open for general seating. Tickets are required for all guests, including young children and those seated in the special needs reserved seating area. Due to space limitations, strollers are not permitted in the arena. Families with young children who may become restless can watch the ceremony live via closed-circuit TV in the children's play area on the third floor (no tickets are required for entrance to this area).
