The Operations Center functions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to process all maintenance requests.

The Center's function is to take all maintenance calls from faculty, staff and students. The personnel in the Center will assign a work order number to allow for tracking and status reporting on each work order.

Our services include all maintenance tasks such as:

Electrical difficulties
Heating or cooling issues
Plumbing problems
Hazardous road or walkway conditions
Light bulb changes
Cable TV issues
Housekeeping needs
All other maintenance tasks
