The RMU M.B.A. curriculum gives you maximum flexibility to design a unique program of study that addresses your specific interests and professional development needs. Three electives may be filled with graduate-level courses from areas such as accounting, finance, human resource management, management, marketing, nonprofit management, sport management, taxation, or information systems. You may complete all three electives in a related area to create your own specialization or select courses from multiple disciplines.

Most of our graduate programs can be completed in 27 months or less, through in-class, online or hybrid study. Take classes one night a week through your course of study. Admission is rolling and classes start fresh every eight weeks. You can also choose to pursue your degree full- or part-time.
Alumni from the RMU School of Business work for some of the nation's most prestigious corporations, including PNC Bank, BNY Mellon, Bayer, UPMC, Highmark, U.S. Steel, PPG, Alcoa, Heinz, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Ernst & Young, just to name a few. Students with a graduate degree from RMU have a 96 percent job placement rate.
The new 18,000-square-foot School of Business complex, which includes the PNC Trading Center, the United States Steel Corporation Videoconferencing and Technology Center, and The ATI Center, gives the university’s business school its first official home at its campus in suburban Moon Township.
This new building features the latest in business technology. Among other features, 12 Bloomberg terminals give students access to real-time financial market data, and a Cisco telepresence room that allows for an immersive videoconferencing experience.
RMU’s business faculty is a diverse group with corporate and global business experience, bringing the advantage of real-world knowledge directly into the classroom. Many hold professional certifications in their discipline, and they guide our students in pursuing professional certifications.
Our faculty members are actively involved with the business community and professional organizations, providing endless educational and networking opportunities for our students, both in and outside of classroom. They also conduct applied research projects on emerging business topics involving our students. Students should log in to Sentry Secured Services and go to Financial Status in eServices to use the ePay - PayNow option. ePay is available 24 hours a day to process credit card or check payments.
