RMU's Instructional Technology Specialist Certification Preparation program is designed for individuals who wish to apply their skills and interests in technology to a school setting. Students completing this program and passing any required state tests may apply for certification as an instructional technology specialist for grades K-12 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The program focuses on the improvement of the learning process and instruction through the use of appropriate instructional media.
